Instructions
The Avontuur crew will involve the temporary crew (the guests) as much as possible in sailing the ship by hoisting and trimming the sails, and steering the ship. They will coach and counsel the guests in their tasks, and patiently explain why a knot is tied in a certain way. Sailing traditional ships requires workmanship, and has been perfected through the ages. We love to share this knowledge with you.
