Catering on a daytrip.

• 11.00 welcome with apple pie, whipped cream and coffee.
  
• 12.30 shipmade vegetable soup, hearty and vegetarian.
  
• 13.00 lunch buffet.
  
• 15.00 snacks; Gravad lax (swedish style marinated salmon), cheeses and mixed nuts; fresh from Amsterdam's Ten Kate market !
  
• 17.30 BBQ-dinner.

Lunch buffet:

• currant buns and various hearty and wholemeal rolls from the Turkish bakery.
• Ample choice of sandwich filling:
  - butter and herb butter
  - cheese and assorted sliced meats
  - tomatoes, lettuce, rucola, cucumbers, boiled eggs
  - peanutbutter, jams and chocolate spread

BBQ-dinner:

• Three kinds of meat: marinated pork chops, pre-cooked tandoori chicken legs and ship-made beef burgers.
• Three kinds of fish: salmon chunks, marinated mackerel and fresh trout.
• Three kinds of vegetarian: barbecued camembert, fallafel and seitanburger.
• Six salads; all fresh and vegetarian.
• Four different sauces, one of them is peanut sauce, of course!
• Pickles, such as onions and gherkins, olives.
• Turkish bread and herb-and-garlic butter complete your dinner.

If there's a drizzle, an awning is rigged over the deck-seats. There are windscreens as well.

The ship's cook takes care of the food on the barbecues. You can eat your fill of flesh, fish, salads and other side dishes. There is always plenty of food, for second helpings as well.

Dinner is, of course, an informal affair on deck. There's a nice spot for everyone: in the deck-seats, on the hatches, on the foredeck. If you prefer to eat at a table, there's plenty of room below decks.
